Covid 19 Regulations


~If you are feeling unwell, stay at home ~If someone in your home is feeling unwell, stay at home ~If someone at home is self-isolating, stay at home ~While visiting, keep 2 metres distance from others ~Use hand sanitisers – they are readily accessible, even in your cabin ~Please be mindful of others ~Keep your distance Enjoy your stay, and stay safe.




Booking Information


~Bookings require a 50% deposit ~The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable ~2 weeks notice is required for cancellations, a change of date ~Full payment will be required if cancellation is less than 2 weeks ~Date changes will incur a 20% administration charge




What should you bring?


~2 Towels ~Flip Flops ~Hair must be kept out of water at all times (a hair clip is advised) ~We have a wine chiller if you bring your own bottle of bubbles ~Swimwear ~No tan allowed if using a hot tub




Staying Information


~Arrival at 2pm unless stated otherwise ~Departure at 11am the next day ~Gowns supplied ~Meat Packs supplied ~You can bring salad/bread/sauces ~Plates/cutlery/glasses supplied ~Breakfast/Croissants delivered at 10am ~Tea/Coffee with milk/sugar provided in the cabin ~Toilet are 50 steps away from cabins ~Extra charcoal can be bought on arrival for the BBQ fire ~Double bed and single camp beds in all cabins




Hot Tub Rules


~No tan permitted ~Hair should be tied up ~Limit Time to 20 mins ~If you have a medical condition, then consult a doctor first ~Do not use if you have been ill in the last 3 days ~No glass near the tub ~No diving ~Enter and exit slowly ~Remove all jewellery ~If you are feeling light-headed then turn the jets off, and ask to be helped out of the tub ~Shower before and after use ~Clean feet before entering
