The law requires us to have a lawful basis for each way we use your information:

4. Health and wellbeing information
Before some treatments we may ask about your health, including medical conditions, allergies, medication, pregnancy or skin sensitivities. This is classed as special category data under UK GDPR and receives extra protection.
• We collect it only so that we can deliver your treatment safely and adapt it where needed.
• We process it with your explicit consent, which you give when you complete and sign your consultation form.
• It is seen only by the therapist carrying out your treatment and the owners of the business.
• It is stored securely and never used for marketing.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. However, if we do not have the information we need, we may be unable to provide certain treatments safely.
5. Who we share your information with
We share your information only with trusted providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need. Each acts under contract and must keep your data secure.

• Payment processors: Stripe, PayPal and Worldpay. We also accept bank transfer.
• Email and marketing: managed by us directly; a newsletter service may be added.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to HM Revenue & Customs, the police or a court.
International transfers: some of our providers, such as Wix, may store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it:
